Buckle Up! On The Eve Of His Conformation Kavanaugh Gets His Me Too Moment

Democrats alerted the FBI on Thursday to decades-old sexual-misconduct allegations against President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to reports and a person familiar with the matter.

The potentially damning claims, which come as the Senate prepares to vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination to the highest court in the land, were made in a letter obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Dianne Feinstein, a Democratic source told the Daily News.

Two officials briefed on the letter’s contents told the New York Times the allegations relate to possible sexual misconduct between Kavanaugh and an unidentified woman when they were both in high school.

Sigh, Doc if I am on top, it is because cream always rises to the top and the crap always sinks to the bottom of the bowl. It doesn't surprise me that one pussy grabber appoints another pussy grabber to a lifetime appointment. Oh, and it is no witch hunt. The victim came forward to stop a sexual predator from getting a lifetime seat on the court.

She has had the letter since July.  Why didn't she turn it over to the Fbi then?  Why didn't she bring it up at the hearings?

An unidentified person who wants to remain anonomous wrote the letter.  Sounds familiar?  A lot like Harris' secret lawyer questions.

The alleged incident is 40 years old.  Why hasn't it surfaced before?

mark, the alleged lawyer apparently believes in guilty until proven innocent when it comes to Republicans.

The FBI has declined to investigate this letter.

It had nothing to do with the credibility of the letter. They declined to reopen his background investigation because they said the letter was submitted too late.   Hopefully, the victim will come forward and tell her story. Her attorney was present on Capitol Hill yesterday.  Kavanaugh's buddy who was also accused didn't issue a very strong denial. All it takes is two brave Republican Senators to say no to giving a lifetime appointment to an alleged sexual predator.

According to Washington Post reporter Matt Zapotosky, who spoke to an FBI official about the matter: “Importantly, the FBI isn't doing a criminal investigation based on what Feinstein told them. The broad outline of the allegation, as I understand it, seems like it'd be in state/local authorities wheelhouse, if there even is a crime, and if the statute of limitations hasn't run.”

This was so lame, even Morning Joe saw through it. “This looks like a cheap last-minute trick by Democrats – whether you’re for Kavanaugh or not” said host Joe Scarborough.

65 women have come forward to defend Kavanaugh.  In Mark's bizarro world, 1 unfounded allegation outweighs 65 in support.

Also in bizarro world when it comes to Republicans 1 unfounded allegation is enough to convict, even though in this country it is innocent until proven gulity.

Even a faux lawyer like Mark should know that.

Bob, you're being redundant again.
