The Republicans on the Judiciary Committee made sure you wouldn't. They didn’t allow witnesses to be called. They wouldn't subpoena Mark Judge and they wouldn't even hear the credible claims of the other two women that came forward. Hell, someone paid to stash Mark Judge in a motel room in Deleware.

That's just it Doc nobody thought she was lying not even the commentators on Fox News. Even Hatch said she was a good witness. So what you have here is the lowest form of life, Republicans, saying she is credible, but they are going to vote to put her sexual assaulter on the Supreme Court anyway.

Yep, we know for certain Republicans don’t want any evidence collected. They know it isn’t favorable to their guy. If they thought it would exonerate him they would be all over it. There is lots of evidence to collect. Statements of witnesses, for example, Mark Judge, high school and college classmates, that girlfriend of Mark Judge’s that said Judge confessed to her back in High School that they had run a train on a drunk girl. Of course, they would offer everyone FBI administrated polygraphs. All the women are willing to take them, but Kavanaugh is not.

He is a sex offender. Clinton was cleared by none other than Ken Starr who said he didn’t find those accusations against Clinton credible. If you rub your genitals against someone that isn’t receptive to it you will get you charged with sexual assault. Trying to undress someone that doesn’t want to be undressed will get you charged with sexual assault. Barring someone from leaving a room that wants to leave will get you charged with criminal confinement. Now let's talk about those other women. Taking you pecker out and sticking it in a girl’s face uninvited will get you charged with sexual assault. Assisting you buddies by plying women with alcohol so they can rape them, will get you charged with rape just like you raped them yourself.
I will tell you what the mid-terms are going to be a bloodbath for Republicans if they put this guy on the court, but go ahead and put him on the court because he sure will be easy to get removed.
1. Two of these women can file a police report because there is no statute of limitations for sexual assault in Maryland. He would be investigated by law enforcement then. Based on Dr. Ford’s testimony, it is a winnable case at a jury trial.
2. He can also be taken out by filing a complaint with the Bar for unethical behavior.
3. I can guarantee you when the Democrats win the House, one of their first order's of business will be investigating these claims. Mark Judge won’t be able to hide in a Deleware motel room and witnesses will be called. It will play out for months on cable TV.
4. Avenatti is going to pound on him night after night on cable TV just like he did with Trump.
So, go ahead, he will have a very short tenure and meanwhile, you have handed the Democrats even more seats.
Edited to add: The ABA has just called for an FBI investigation before there is a vote. The nation’s leading weekly magazine for Catholic’s has just pulled their endorsement and have taken it a step further saying the nomination should be withdrawn. You can’t find a more conservative bunch than those folks at that magazine.
Everything Mark says about the Democraps winning the House sounds a lot like the Democraps, Obeyme, the media and Hillary predicting her becomming President. Liars all.

Those Republicans that voted for him on the Juidacy committee are the lowest form of life. Orrin Hatch, Lindsey Graham, Jeff Flake and John Cornyn all said they found Dr. Ford's testimony credible. How can anyone that is a morally decent human being concede Dr. Ford is telling the truth, but I am going to put her sexual assaulter on the Supreme Court anyway because he is my guy, and I don't like how the Democrats handled the hearing even though it was my party, the Republicans, that made all the rules for the hearing?
The Republican party decided it did not want to hear from two other sexual assault/rape victims that had similar experiences to Dr. Ford's experience with Kavanaugh. That is not acceptable and it is morally repugnant. Any decent human being that knows it is the Senate's job to determine the moral fitness of a nominee should be offended by this dereliction of duty and basic lack of human decency. No, Candy it is not reasonable to think it is ok to put an alleged sexual predator with credible accusations against him on the Supreme Court, so I stand by my statement. Anybody that votes to put someone with credible accusations of sexual assault against him on the Supreme Court is the lowest form of life.
