Once again Mark posts something with facts optional. Here's hoping I will be reading more of his drivel for 6 more years.
Mark care to regale us with the slime from the NYT? Fact level is about the same.

Alright, let's start with the letter because it is important, but not in the way you boys think. I need you, boys, to think really hard. Given what a difficult time you all have had with mathematics, statistics and science in the past, I suspect simple logistics will pose a real challenge for you.
The story breaks one day and then the very next morning there is a letter from 65 women that knew him when they were in high school from all across the country with their signatures on it and already returned to the Republicans in Congress ready for distribution. Logistically, how is that possible?
It isn't. Guess what? They already had the letter waiting to go if the incident surfaced.
Republicans knew about the accusations well in advance as they had time to prepare such a letter, contact women he knew in high school and wait for them to agree to sign it and then for them to return it with their signatures. That's right your heroes knowingly withheld information that the candidate they were supposed to be vetting for fitness had an unresolved claim accusing him of sexual misconduct and moved such a candidate forward hiding the accusation. Disgusting!
A minor point, just because a would-be rapist can produce a list of 65 women he didn't rape has no bearing on whether or not he tried to rape the woman in question. As evidence, such a letter wouldn't even be admittable in a criminal or civil proceeding. Every convicted rapist or sexual assaulter in America can produce a list of 65 women he didn't rape or sexually assault.
Yada,Yada,Yada...... Whatever.
For the record poor old DonDiego has never experienced sexual misconduct with any Supreme Court Justices prior, present, or soon-to be seated. A lady who looked a lot like Ruth Bader Ginsberg felt him up once, . . . but even that was a long time ago.
The victim has now come forward.
Speaking publicly for the first time, Ford said that one summer in the early 1980s, Kavanaugh and a friend — both “stumbling drunk,” Ford alleges — corralled her into a bedroom during a gathering of teenagers at a house in Montgomery County.
While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.
“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

If you read the article she passed a polygraph and has provided notes her therapist took in 2012 when she discussed the incident. There is no way that this is simply a made-up charge.
You can fool some of the folks, some of the time.... and all of the Mark's, all of the time.
So this professional lady thought back in 2012 to go to a therapist and talk about this incident because she was out to fool people? Or that she fooled a polygraph? Or that when the best denial that Kavanaugh's buddy, Mark Judge, can come up with is to say that he can't recall the incident is being fully forthright. And get this that Mark Judge fellow wrote a book titled Wasted: Tales of a Gen X Drunk about his life as a teen alcoholic. The only person that has been fooled is fritz and that is because he intentionally closes his eyes to any truth that doesn't comport with his political beliefs. Judge also had all of his social media accounts peppered with pictures of scantily clad teenage girls. And this is Kavanaugh's character witness.
BTW: Jeff Flake has jumped ship and Susan Collins says she can't make a judgment at this point.

CONFIDENTIAL
Senator Dianne Feinstein
Dear Senator Feinstein;
I am writing with information relevant in evaluating the current nominee to the Supreme Court.
As a constituent, I expect that you will maintain this as confidential until we have further opportunity to speak.
Brett Kavanaugh physically and sexually assaulted me during high school in the early 1980's. He conducted these acts with the assistance of REDACTED.
Both were one to two years older than me and students at a local private school.
The assault occurred in a suburban Maryland area home at a gathering that included me and four others.
Kavanaugh physically pushed me into a bedroom as I was headed for a bathroom up a short stair well from the living room. They locked the door and played loud music precluding any successful attempt to yell for help.
Kavanaugh was on top of me while laughing with REDACTED, who periodically jumped onto Kavanaugh. They both laughed as Kavanaugh tried to disrobe me in their highly inebriated state. With Kavanaugh's hand over my mouth I feared he may inadvertently kill me.
From across the room a very drunken REDACTED said mixed words to Kavanaugh ranging from "go for it" to "stop."
At one point when REDACTED jumped onto the bed the weight on me was substantial. The pile toppled, and the two scrapped with each other. After a few attempts to get away, I was able to take this opportune moment to get up and run across to a hallway bathroom. I locked the bathroom door behind me. Both loudly stumbled down the stair well at which point other persons at the house were talking with them. I exited the bathroom, ran outside of the house and went home.
I have not knowingly seen Kavanaugh since the assault. I did see REDACTED once at the REDACTED where he was extremely uncomfortable seeing me.
I have received medical treatment regarding the assault. On July 6 I notified my local government representative to ask them how to proceed with sharing this information . It is upsetting to discuss sexual assault and its repercussions, yet I felt guilty and compelled as a citizen about the idea of not saying anything.
I am available to speak further should you wish to discuss. I am currently REDACTED and will be in REDACTED.
In confidence, REDACTED.
Should Keith Ellison drop out of his race since he is accused of domestic abuse?
Yep, if the allegations are credible. Is his accuser willing to take a polygraph and testify under oath? Does she have any records of making this claim prior to him running for office?
Murkowshki and Collins said Al Franken wasn't fit to be a sitting Senator up for reelection based upon on groping allegations where the accusers did not take polygraphs or testify under oath. How can they claim to be moral if they vote to confirm a guy for a lifetime appointment that has been accused of rape where his accuser has records, took a polygraph and is willing to testify under oath?
To recap;
A democratic hack in July send in a letter to Feinstein about the incident. Feinstein never chooses to question Kavanaugh on this in the several days of questioning. Why wasn't this brought up then?
Upon realizing that Kavanaugh will be voted in, she announces the annonomous letter. When that tact doesn't work, the hack finally comes forward.
The media says that she brought this up in a session in 2012. Barely mentioned is the fact that she didn't name Kavanaugh, so that is now irrelevant. Polygraphs are not admissable & in any case nobody has seen the questions.
Her husband backs up her claim, not suprising.
Republicans should be careful here, because if successful, democrats will do this again to get their way on other issues.
