This is not a trial. Nobody stands to be convicted of anything. Its a matter of fitness for office and who you want to believe.

PJ is correct. Nothing has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt or even that is more likely than not. If you think there is only a 20% it happened, how can you vote to put him on the court for life when there are lots of other qualified candidates out there? Of course, the last few years Republicans have shown us there is nothing they like more than serial sexual assaulters and child molesters. Republican thinking is why not add a rapist to the mix?
Of course, we already know it is nothing but a show trial. Republicans refuse to subpoena Mark Judge even though he was in the room according to the victim. How can you have a fair hearing if you won't even call a witness that was the only other person in the room when this happened?

I'm not defending Kavanaugh......I have no idea what happened at a party 36 years ago. And, you know what, neither do comrades Mark and PJ. Lol, and it seems that Dr Ford isn't real sure either.
My guess of what's gonna happen here.....Dr Ford will testify. When things don't go her way, over to Maryland she will go to file charges against the judge. We will likely have a Supreme Court Justice charged with sexual assault. As I've said, the left has no shame.
