Neither you nor anyone else has any way of determining those "statistics." People who depart a state are not interrogated as to their destination states.

Since this data is from the Federal Census Bureau, it's pretty accurate. Hell Kevin, of we can't trust this data, how do we know if California has a larger population than Alaska? Since Kevin says there is no way to prove a states population, all states should have equal representation in the House of Representatives

Since the Census Bureau doesn't ask people if they're moving or where they plan to move to, I call bullshit.
Also, since the Census is only taken once every ten years, I call bullshit on Boiler's fake stats from "last year."
