Even if all that nonsense was true (none of it is), the state would still be far from "destroyed."
You neglected to mention that the gross domestic product of California is the highest in the nation. Or that its citizens earn higher wages than in all but two states. If CA was run by Republicans, it would be just another broke-ass shithole--like Texas.
