Anyone who can't tell the difference between a city and a state has no business whining about fiscal policy. (Especially if they don't live/vote in any of those places.)
States/cities - the fact remains that ALL listed are Blue DemocRat run and ruined.

Liberals just deal with facts.
The Ayn Rand philospophy of "every adult pays their own way" is the biggest joke in the country. The RED Ayn Rand states take more handouts than the BLUE Nanny States. Thats just data. Sorry if you dont like it.
What do you think would happen to Rand Paul's Kentucky if we took away all the food stamps, medicaid, and welfare?
PJ and Kevin have proven that Liberals don't want to subsidize poor people and poor states. California state debt is $44,000 per person.....if you include all of the illegals. You guys can say that tax and spend is great, but it's not working. You can say that you want to help the poor, but you do not. You support others paying to support the poor.
Why does California think money from people who moved out of the state belongs to them?
What benefit do people who don't live in the state get from paying this tax?
Wealth taxes are probably unconstitutional.

It's a short term winner, and a long term loser. Unless their tax policies change, California will be an incredible mess in 20 years
I have no problem at all that California subsidizes Kentucky.
I just have a problem with people who preach "every man for himself" all the while living off other peoples' money from California. People who take welfare checks should say "thank you" instead of bitching about those who gave them their money.
And who are the "others" paying for California's debt? Is that a joke?

Deficits in and of themselves don't mean jack shit. What matters is the cost of servicing the resultant debt. And in the booming Biden economy, that's easy to do.
Kevin won't tell us what the annual federal debt payment is for two reasons.

What do all of these cities have in common? Answer = DemocRat controlled and run/ruined.
This is all bullshit. Liberals have assured us that interest on debt doesn't matter, and that illegals don't get government benefits.

How much military spending in California is PJ not counting?
