Texas needs to pull itself up by it bootstraps and stand on its own two feet. How do you stand to live in state that depends on Welfare from California and other blue states to pay its bills.

A good example is the federally funded Texas Fart Control Program. Without the $37 billion spent annually, the Texas air would be unbreathable, with all the cows and all the cowboys constantly flatulent.
