Conservatives bitch about low level thugs who steal a car.   But   traitors who work with a hostile foreign power to undermine our democracy and then obstruct the ensuing investigation?  No biggie.  Even when they confess to the whole thing.

Flynn's dirtball son, by the way, was caught conspiring to kidnap a legal US resident and send him back to Hungary to his probable execution. Prosecutors agreed to kick that one. And Flynn was also caught advising the President while failing to disclose that he was on the payroll of a foreign government. The prosecutors kicked that one too. Pleading guilty to one count was a sweetheart deal for Flynn in the first place.

Incidentally, Trump could have accomplished the same thing by granting a pardon, but he's a coward. Have I mentioned lately that bullies are cowards?

It's all getting tossed because the agenda driven FBI believes that the ends justified the means.  Being crooked was the means.  Causing Trump problems was the ends.  Anything can be done and justified by these FBI thugs, as long as the goal is harming Trump.

Oh!   Thats right.  I forgot.  Republican James Comey and Republican Robert Mueller ....aka Deep State Bogeymen.

In summary, Democrats let low level criminals go for the good of public health.   Republicans let high level felons go because ...uh...."Deep State".     The former is the bigger problem according to our Republican friends here.

Define "low level" criminal. And tell me why ANY criminal deserves to be let out of prison before they serve the time they were given for being a criminal.

High level - conspiring with Russia and then lying about it to the investigators.
