Can the Jan 6 murderers be sued?

I don't see how a criminal pardon could exempt them from civil liability--after all, the pardon doesn't mean they're not guilty.

So why haven't we seen any civil lawsuits against them? Is it simply because they're all trailer trash and it's not worth it to sue someone whose net worth is $258?

I'd think that with all the massive evidence, it would be easy for anyone hurt in the riot (police, etc.) to win such a suit.

It'll go the other way, J6ers have a solid case and will be paid for their torment and civil rights violations.

Also, you can't call it an insurrection if no one was charged and convicted with that crime.  The best you can describe it is a fed/police induced riot after they attacked peaceful protestors.

It doesn't grant immunity from civil

suits.  But Realistically how much can you recover from these trailer park rejects?

Really?  Didn't you see any of the video of those "peaceful protestors?"

Anybody can sue anybody for anything.  Winning is another matter.  I would guess that given the video evidence in some cases a civil suit would certainly be in order and possibly 'winnable'.  I'd like to see that happen.

You'd think that at least some of the thugs would have assets worth going after. What I'd like to see is all the rioters found jointly and severally liable for all the personal harm and property damage they did on that day. That would open the floodgates.
