Even stupid Tom knows that the true topic of this thread is the huge drop in Canadian visitation, of which airlines cutting back on routes is a symptom. Since that has been caused by the actions of the orange pig whose boots Tom licks, Tom is indirectly responsible. So to assuage his guilt, he has to pooh-pooh Canadian visitation.
There are many sectors of the American economy, and many communities, that are yugely affected. It's stupid Tom's fault.
