Today you started multiple threads again about this topic. Why not repost under the same thread? This isn't how message boards are supposed to work. You are making me question whether your intent is to convince others and share information , or just clutter the forum.

Welllllll...I've noted many times that Miller's sole purpose here is to dominate the Sink. You wouldn't be in any doubt if you'd known him and his spew as long as we have.

His recent antics aren't even a record. He's started as many as FORTY threads about the exact same topic in the course of a few days. He routinely exceeds a dozen threads started in a single day. He's obviously not the slightest bit interested in discussion; he just wants to hold forth and start arguments.

As you note, proper etiquette would be to start a thread and then engage in discussion about the topic. Miller starts a diarrheal flood of threads about the same topic and browbeats anyone who replies, especially if they question his statements. I mean, how DARE they!

 I have already explained to you my reasons. If you find my posts unreasonable in quantity, you can ignore them - therefore losing any opportunity to receive any future updated information - or if you find them plainly bothersome, you can just block me. Whatever you choose to do will not deter me from posting the quality and quantity of posts that I deem noteworthy. 

I'm just saying more people will be able to read and see the information you post if you put all posts about a given topic in the same thread. 

When multiple threads are started about the same topic, it is easy for them to get lost in the shuffle and not be seen by as many people as you would like. 

Every time a new post is made in a current thread that thread gets moved to the top of the page where more people will see it. Conversely, when a thread gets no new posts it gets buried and nobody sees it. 

This is a message board not a Facebook page. The optimum way to spread information is different. 

I am not suggesting that you limit the amount of posts you make, I am suggesting you limit the amount of started threads. 

Believe it or not I'm actually trying to help you reach a larger audience with the information you wish to present. 

You make perfect sense, LiveFree, but Davey Facebook's entire MO is to just SPAM the Sink with his copy and pasted Pro-Trump/Anti-liberal posts.   Pure and simple.   

LiveFree's default setting is to be courteous and to give others the benefit of the doubt. He's only now learning how hopeless that is with Miller.

The key to understanding Miller's behavior is understanding his motivation, which is simply to start and engage in arguments and be nasty. I completely understand how LiveFree might think that no person would have that as their sole life goal. It's like when no one suspects that the quiet guy who lives next door is a serial killer.

He does that all the time. Even if it is a thread he started, he will abandon it once it has active discussion and start several more threads, often in the same day on the same topic. It is bad for the forum and discourages people from participating because when there is good active discussion, it gets rolled over to the second page of active topics because he has so many posts on the same topics. 

I honestly can't figure out if he is genuinely obtuse or if it is deliberate. It's starting to appear as though he is less interested in convincing people of his opinion and sharing information and more interested in cluttering the first page of the sink.

The funny thing is even if that is his goal he would be more effective at obtaining that goal if he followed my advice about one thread per topic. It's much easier to argue with people if it's in one place rather than a dozen different threads. 

His methods might get more eyes on his posts and more engagement on a Facebook or Twitter style format, but message boards work different.
