People who didn't even LIVE in the district — some not even in the country — had votes cast in his name. And when he found out investigators were closing in? The story is real.  But hardly jaw-dropping.

I've read of such as this, like David's guy in this instance, election to keep him in office as city councilman; local races where a few votes make a difference.  Stupid desperate crooks offer the stupid voter something in return, of course.   Greed never wins in the end.

 The post was correct - DemocRATs displaying the tactics they used in 2020 onward. Gutless, lying Lewis has, once again, been proven a liar by stating the post was untrue. Nowhere do I see him retracting this lie and admitting he was wrong again.

It is a real news story. I think it broke a couple years ago. 

Dude should probably be nominated for dumbest criminal of the year. 

Unfortunately his 3 years sentence was suspended so he probably won't go to prison. 

If I remember correctly there was some sort of money laundering charge as well. 

It didn't happen as David's Facebook rando post described it. He should have used an actual news source. The links he finally supplied present an accurate accounting, which differs radically from the screaming of his Facebook buddy.

But so what? The actions of one idiot reflect only on that one idiot. I could post a story about a Republican thief, fraudster, rapist, murderer, etc. and it wouldn't reflect on anyone but that person.
