IN 2020 a Democrat will kick Trump out of office (presuming Trump makes it that far) and will clean up the budget just like the last two democrats have done. Paul Ryan will then run for president in 2024 on a platform of cutting taxes that will pay for themselves. And by then he will be able to sell that BS to Republican voters just like Republicans did in 2018. He may very win
