I haven't even bothered to look up exactly what pretext the Turd is using to invade cities across America. The only relevant element is that Trump does NOT have the authority to declare war on Democratic cities.
In his twisted mind, those cities not having voted for him is a crime and they should be punished. That's sick.
Under the doctrine of separation of powers, the President cannot act as the mayor of a city. And yes yes yes MAGA morons, he may call for deployment of the National Guard in an emergency and/or when local authorities are overwhelmed. No such situations exist now, though.
All MAGA can do is echo Trump and pretend that there is some kind of emergency. I expect that from Boilerboob, stupid Tom, and Millerscum.
