Interesting that the clip is not actually of CNN, but rather, a Facebook numbnuts' interpretation of a CNN broadcast. If it was as "astounding" as David claims, wouldn't the clip itself be enough?

Oh, please. Somebody recorded the clip and posted it. If they'd done so without adding commentary of their own, you never would have seen it.

In other words, I didn't have to watch it to know exactly what it was. And my question about why not simply post the CNN clip and let people make their own judgments still applies.
