CNN reports that a majority of Americans support voter ID laws.

For items 1 & 2 I wasn't referring to you.  Once the federal govt started putting in voter protections, that opened the door for voter id. If we are going to allow mail in votes, proper safeguards must be put in place such as votes being in by election day.  Ballots after election day are invalid.  Votes must be completed within 24 hours.  This used to be done until a few years ago.

The current standard is postmarked by election day. Would you object to that standard?

I think it's reasonable that it might take more than 24 hours to count all the votes. Which election were all the votes counted within 24 hours?

Even before mail-in was the standard in some states pretty much all states offered absentee ballots which took longer to count fully.

Tom has already stated that he prefers the disenfranchisement of hundreds of thousands of voters (HIS figures) to one illegal vote being cast.

He weasels away from the question of how such a vote would be verified and counted.

He weasels away from the question of why anyone would cast an illegal vote.

He's a dishonest little MAGA.
