Confirmed: Trump removed CLASSIFIED documents and brought them to his home.

It is clearly illegal, and the case has been referred to the Department of Justice by the National Archivist. Keep in mind that General Petraeus was convicted for merely bringing his notes home, not actual docs.

But my point here isn't really about Trump. What about those who shouted "Lock her up" when Hillary legally stored emails on a private server that was never ever hacked? What do they have to say now?

My take is those who excuse Trump and vilify Hillary should never vote again, should get sterilized, and if that is too late, they should urge sterilization for every younger person who shares their DNA. That would improve things.

Well, MP, we already know that for our nation's Trumptards, nothing he did or does is a crime, while everything his opponents do is treason lock her up stop the steal WAAAAAAAH blah blah blah.

I do agree that a critical issue facing our nation is that Republicans reproduce, and we have to stop that before it's too late.

But my larger question is: isn't this about the 238th known felony that Trump has committed? Why hasn't he been arrested? Why isn't he being prosecuted?

I have one speculation on that: the good guys want to have Trump walking around free until he ass-fucks his own party in 2024. If he's nominated, they'll lose the White House, whoever the Democrats put up against him. If he gets in a street fight with DeSantis or whomever, he just might form a third party a la Ross Perot, which would drag enough votes away from the Republican candidate to ensure that the Democrat candidate wins. So maybe the Democrats are thinking, hey, we want the Orange Pusbag around a little longer. In the meantime, they can go after his assets and weaken his fundraising ability.

You mean the family values crowd that gave Trump a pass on infidelity and sexual assault are also being hypocritical on some other front?     Yawn.   Raise your hand if you were surprised.

By the way - Hillary storing emails on a private server was not illegal.  It was a violation of State Department policy....the same state department she was in charge of.    Thats kinda like the boss violating the company dress code by wearing shorts on a non-shorts day.

Trump's ripping up documents and taking others to his private residence is not just a violation of White House policy - its a felony.    Especially since some of those documents are labeled as "Top Secret".   I left lots of space below for the "Lock her up" crowd to not say "Lock him up"

I think Tom should have to start at least as many threads about Trump's document "dump" as he did about Hillary's emails.

Trump discovered very early in the game--and here I refer to his entire con man "career," not just his presidency--that he didn't have to follow the rules. He built his business empire by evading taxes on his nest egg of $350 million of Daddy's money. Then, he adopted a strategy of never paying his bills. He sexually assaulted at least a dozen women and was never arrested, much less prosecuted. He came up with more grifts and scams than any single con man in American history.

Then, of course, when he reached the White House, he gave the finger to any and all norms, practices, and traditions. He interpreted "executive privilege" to mean, "I can do whatever the fuck I want." And his loyal, fawning cadre of drooling sycophants said nothing to dissuade him of that notion (or if they did, they were instantly given the bum's rush).

So I'm sure he genuinely believes (and Fox News has asserted) that taking home Top Secret documents was merely Orange Executive Privilege. He'll never suffer even the slightest consequences from that.

The ridiculous part is that Tommie-poo (and Stalker, and the rest of the gang) don't come up with any original thoughts or things to bitch about on their own. Tommie-poo was stimulated by that alt-right clown--I forget his name--who decided to make a quick buck by bringing the zombie Hillary meme back to life. And loyal doggie that he is, Tommie-poo lapped it up--and then rushed over to the Sink to excitedly tell everyone about it.
