Zero unfunded liability?  You mean aside from the 600K of annual medical bankruptcies resulting from unpaid bills?

Things are only unfunded when they are not paid for....like the Republicans medicare part D plan.   And Republicans telling the drug companies to name their own price for Medicare drugs doesn't help either.    Then they send our troops on 5 tours of duty in their unfunded Iraq war and do nothing to expand the VA for those soldiers who return with PTSD.  

Republicans sabotage programs and then bitch about the results they created.

If I didn't read it with my own eyes I would not be able to fathom a Republican lecturing about fiscal responsibility in the current environment.        

"Socialist" Obamacare was paid for and then some.   Bob Orme cant say the same thing for anything the current administration and its Congress  has signed into law.   Complain to me about golf - its less hypocritical.

An unfunded liability is when future expenses exceed future revenue.

Federal tax revenues were $3.32 Trillion in 2017, and estimated to be $3.34 Trillion in 2018 and $3.42 Trillion in 2019. (notice that income to the treasury has increased and will continue to increase, despite tax cuts that leftists claim would result in lower income to the treasury)  That is money collected and used to pay for expenditures the current administration and congress have signed into law. That's a boatload of money spent on nothing!

The most recent budget does increase the national debt, and I don't like that at all. But, democrats have no problems with increases to the deficit and debt...at least when the president and congress are democrats.
