Conservatives Think Kamala Harris Isn't Black Enough

Don said, "i.  Universal Government-Run Health Care  -  DonDiego likes his health insurance."

Aren't you on Government-Run Health Care? (Medicare)

ii.  Opposes Border Wall; wants to "re-examine" ICE -  i.e. "open borders".  DonDiego likes the US borders.

Opposing a border wall is smart as experts say they aren't effective compared to other methods of securing the border. As to the open borders, provide me a source showing she supports that. As far as I am aware, no Democratic candidate is advocating open borders.

v.  Transgender people should use the public bathroom of their choice  -  actually DonDiego doesn't really oppose this; but he recommends one new rule: women who claim manhood must use the stand-up urinal if all they need to do is pee.

Does that mean you prefer for your ladyboys to squat?

I keep hearing DemocRats touting "other methods to secure the border" - but I have as yet to have been informed to these other methods. All we ever get from thr lying DemocRats is more lies. Just what are these touted "methods" -- no one, especially the DemocRats really knows.

Again we go down the bankrupt Medicare road.

Basic Medicare costs $135 per month.

However that doesn’t cover all medical expenses, so one has to buy a supplemental plan. The cheapest plan comes with deductibles & co-pays.

If if one wants a more inclusive plan, that will cost $270 per month.

Still missing is is a prescription drug plan for another $50 per month plus copays.

And not one of the above includes nursing home care which could cost another $200 per month.

So all in care could cost $1,000 per month, plus whatever the feds are contributing

So so much for the myth of cheap/free health care.

__Mark asks: "Aren't you on Government-Run Health Care? (Medicare)"

Indeed, poor old DonDiego has been paying for his own group-insurance policy and Medicare for many years.  Between the benefits provided by the two of them, poor old DonDiego and teechur don't even bother to ask what a needed medical procedure is gonna cost anymore; whatever Medicare doesn't cover the other policy will, or at least very nearly will.

But this isn't exactly "Government-Run Health Care" yet, . . . technically it's just compulsory medical insurance paid for by poor old DonDiego and his fellow citizens.  Oh, and the real beneficiary is DonDiego's (voluntary) group-insurer, who only pays most-or-all the costs in excess of the Medicare limit.  This is in accord with the all-time inevitable rule that Government pays first in any such scheme;  poor old DonDiego thanks his fellow citizens for the contributions.

__Mark opines a border wall is ineffective.

DonDiego suggests a border wall is more effective than nothing.

__Mark asserts: ". . . no Democratic candidate is advocating open borders."

Hmm, . . .

" 'First of all I believe in human rights,' she (Rep. Ocasio-Cortez) continued. 'I don’t care if you’re documented or you’re undocumented.'

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez's speech echoed her comments from February of this year, when she told a group of reporters on Capital Hill that Latinos have a race-based right to migrate to the United States.

'We have to have … respect for the right of human mobility,' she said. 'It is a right. We are standing on native land, and Latino people are descendants of native people. We cannot be told and criminalized simply for our identity or our status.'

In an interview with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow in January of this year, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez said immigrants attempting to enter the U.S. illegally are 'more American than any person who seeks to keep them out ever will be.' "

This sure sounds like "open borders for Latinos", . . . actually it is stronger than open borders, . . . it is their right ! ! !

Golly, I wasn't aware AOC is running for President. Did they change the Constitution to allow someone younger than 35 to run?

Anyhoo, I didn't see her use the term "open border" in all of that gobbledygook you posted.  Are you ready to admit you were wrong when you asserted that Harris wants open borders?

Still waiting for a listing of the "other methods' for securing the border.....

Boiler, That's not what I am doing. (Tagging You) I am pointing out holding an irrational belief that a black person was born outside the country and thus ineligible to run for office is a racist belief.

Apparantly, Mark believes that discussing black people in a negative fashion makes one a racist.  I don't understand why having a similar discussion about a white person doesn't make one a racist.  Furthermore, I believe that we shouldn't consider a person's skin color when having political discussions.

Still waiting...
