The title actually reminded me of a male colleague at work decades ago who pronounced "condom" as "cundrum."  Not jokingly, either.   And he did tours in the Navy and the Army, FWTW.

Yeah, I was hoping our "stop the steal" clowns would explain to us how they can simultaneously hold two conflicting beliefs, but cognitive dissonance and self-justification is the essence of the Trumper mind.

Most probably they did!  I wasn't in the military, but I remember that term preceeding condoms.  And rubbers used to refer to boots you wore in the rain.  Hear it a lot in old movies.  So...terminology does change.  LOL.
