Convicted felon who embezzled from union funds considering run for DNC chair

He has ALL of the qualifications required to be a DemocRat -Democratic operative Chuck Rocha, who pleaded guilty in 2013 to embezzling funds from the United Steelworkers Union, is reportedly eyeing a bid for chair of the Democratic National Committee. Rocha, a former adviser to Bernie Sanders’s 2016 presidential campaign and current CNN contributor, announced he is "seriously considering" entering the race amid party turmoil after significant Republican gains in the recent elections.Rocha’s candidacy could prove contentious given his past legal troubles. He admitted to misusing labor union credit cards between 2008 and 2009, resulting in a sentence of 24 months probation. Despite the conviction, Rocha has since built a lucrative consulting career, working with prominent Democratic campaigns, including Ocasio-Cortez’s, and organizations like the DNC and Future Forward PAC. - https://mxmnews.com/article/8bc2730c-f05b-41a0-91a2-0eff07938725?convicted-felon-who-embezzled-from-union-funds-considering-run-for-dnc-chair

A convicted felon and an adjudicated rapist has been in charge of the Republican party for the last nine years so why not?  Trump has lowered the bar for everyone.

At least the guy you mentioned above paid for his crimes.

President Trump is not a convicted felon because, under the law, he was never sentenced. The DemocRats have thrived for years under the bar of illegal activity - this POS fits their criteria...

That is not NY law under which he was convicted. Under NY law he is a convicted felon.

If Trump had been convicted of a Federal crime rather than state crimes you would be correct.

And keep in mind in the Federal system, if you accept a pardon it is an admission that you committed the crimes you were convicted of.

You keep in mind  that the farce of a trial/conviction will be overturned.
