OK, restarting. Slight error on my part. That said, your "restarting" statement was a lie. Liar liar liar liar liar. Biden STOPPED the policy and a court forced it to be reinstated, or restarted, or whatever you choose to call it. What matters is that you said that this is something Biden did, when the TRUTH is that it's something that a federal court stopped Biden from doing. Big, big difference.
