😂 Tom, he can't close the border for the same reason Trump couldn't even though he wanted to. He has no legal authority to do so until Congress acts. If he tries to do so without authority, the action would be met with multiple lawsuits within days that would result in restraining orders keeping the border open until the lawsuits were resolved.  There are not anywhere near enough Border Patrol agents to seal the border. How many do you think it would take to cover the entire southern border in a seal 24-7. Millions?
