Let's first discuss Trump's convictions.  How PJ doesn't understand that a crooked judge and prosecutor conspired to convict our president on the legal act of paying hush money for a legal act is amazing naive.  He paid her with personal funds, yet he recorded the transaction.  They say he recorded this personal expense and this makes it a business expense.  He recorded the transaction as legal fees and not hush money, so he committed a crime.  PJ, just make sure that you don't record your cookie transaction at Kroger as apples so your girlfriend didn't know you bought cookied.  A Liberal judge has set precident that this is now a crime.

Now let's move to his convictions for overvalued real estate in order to get preferred interest rates.  If this was unique, prosecutors and judges would have done the right thing.  Here's the rub...every large real estate investor does this.  Many investers have said that they will no longer do business in NY due to this no precident set in NY courts.

Both cases are clear examples of Democrats weoponizing government to squash an enemy.

You seem to have a memory problem, just a heads up, you've posted this same stuff millions of times about the Trump convictions. Then someone from the left will point out the legal process of a Grand Jury and a citizen jury that eventually convicted him. Then you'll say that Trump didn't have a chance at a fair trial in a blue state, and the both of you will volley a few MAGA and lib talking points back and forth and the thread will die.

Lets talk about how the justice system works.   Judges and prosecutors dont render verdict in court.   So crybaby MAGA's who make up bullshit about the little green men out to get them in the government dont really have a leg to stand on.

A grand jury heard the evidence and reviewed existing law.  They agreed it could go to trial.   Trump and his lawyers proceeded to agree on all 12 jurors that were selected.  THose jurors were given evidence from the "lawfare" prosecutors....and that evidence was challenged by Trump's million dollar team of lawyers.   And all 12 jurors said he was guilty of 34 felonies.    So where do you run now, Boilerman?  All 12 jurors were little green men too ?

So in summary - Boilerman voted for a scumbag felon 34 times over.   And that doesnt include the numerous felonies he was indicted for but never saw a courtroom because of the election.    

Meet ALexander Smirnov.  Much like the president that Boilerman voted for - he is a convicted felon.

Lets review.

Bragg a biased DA ran on a "get Trump" campaign even though at the time there were no cases pending.  Bragg met with the DOJ prior to the trial; even though it wasn't a federal case. The judge's daughter worked for the biden and harris campaign a huge conflict of interest.  The prosecutor for the case was a top prosecutor in the DOJ and took a demotion to work in the Manhattan DA's office. The trial was held in Manhattan which voted 84% for democrats.  There was no chance of a fair trial.
