The Current Government Shutdown

Did anyone notice that the usual suspects - the lying liberals who post their stupidity here - have been silent about the DemocRAT shutdown of the government ? Now entering the second week, real Americans are getting a true view of what the DemocRATs really are - America hating, corrupt POS who have nothing of merit to offer America and Americans. Apparently they can not blame President Trump - the TDS morons know that the shutdown is all the DemocRATs fault. Here is the reality of the current situation -- "Democrats could also have avoided the shutdown by passing what was a 'clean' 23 page version of Biden's last budget. They own it. They own it all. One year till the midterms. Republicans are going to make sure voters don't forget." --"The House was sent home since there is nothing to talk about until the Government reopens. The House passed the CR and sent it to the Senate where it takes 60 votes. 52 Republicans and 3 Democrats voted to pass the Clean CR. Need 5 more Democrats to vote to pass then the Government can reopen."

All Republicans had to do was agree to negotiate. Instead, they completely refused.

Of COURSE they blame it on Democrats.

Polling shows Americans are putting the blame on Trump and the Republicans in congress which is good because that is where it belongs.

They pretty much destroyed any sympathy they may have gotten when they ran away at the end of September. Blaming that on the Democrats just rings hollow.

If the public is correctly blaming the Republipigs for the shutdown, then they are also blaming them for their refusal to negotiate. This has been the first budget legislation in American history where the party in power didn't negotiate, make compromises, etc. with the minority party.

Grunting "We're in charge, fuck off" and bullying their way through the budget process isn't a good look for the Republipigs, even within their own cult.
