Aside from all the hoohah, it's extremely unlikely that either side will emerge with either a mandate or the ability to govern. Even if the RepubliQ win big, they'll still have to get past the filibuster--a tool they LUVVV to use but will whine endlessly about if the shoe is on the other foot--and Biden's veto power, which they will lack the strength to override.
So, business as usual, or lack thereof.
