D.C. Attorney General sues.....

Marriott over fees!  I'll bet nobody thought that was going to be the topic.

I'm sure we will be hearing a lot more about this one here soon.  Couldn't resist a non political post here.

Google dc resort fees law suit.

Thank you. It appears they are sueing Marriot nationwide not just in the DC area.  They are asking the court to force them to disclose mandatory resort fees upfront. I am not sure that helps as most people book using an online booking agent these days.
