But to answer your question...perhaps his handlers have concluded that these rallies. while they provide the goobers with entertainment, don't do anything to improve his chances. When you think about it, what has happened recently to improve his prospects? Nothing--quite the opposite, actually.
Also. there could be a funding problem. Trump's been draining the Republican campaign coffers to pay his legal bills. His legal bills and civil liabilities greatly exceed the entire amount the RepubliQ have collected in donations. It might be a question of either campaign or keep his lawyers, but not both. After all, even the most rabid loyalists will get tired of not being paid, especially if they have money problems of their own, like Rudy the Rat.
