Damn commie batteries! The deep state wants to fill them up with liberal electricity to sap all our precious bodily fluids.
(I've been watching Fox Nooze.)
As the attached report from US News and World Report on the 10 most educated states in America, Colorado ranks #1. That is very much because of the high education level of the Front Range where you live. It helps being led by our gay Jewish libertarian Democratic Governor Jared Polis. Before getting into politics, he had a very successful business career and never filed for bankruptcy. https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states/slideshows/the-10-most-educated-states-in-the-us?slide=11

But...but...but...he believed that covid was real, and advocated for wearing masks and for getting vaccinated when that became available. So doesn't that make him part of the vast liberal conspiracy to increase covid deaths by forcing people to...oh, I forget the details of your prior diatribe. Never mind.
I've lived in Durango (beautiful; isolated; the kind of people who would vote for Bimbert) and Denver (Wheat Ridge, specifically; fantastic to have such close access to the mountains; great restaurants, especially Mexican food). Durango has a college, and of course so does Denver. I did get the overall impression that people in both places were a little smarter than the average bear.
I also got the impression that the state's governmental apparatus was more practical than ideological.

You lived in two highly educated areas of the state. In La Plata County (Durango), 47% of those over 25 have a bachelors degree. That isn't a Bimbo Boebert county. In 2022, she got 37% of the vote. In 2020, Trump got 42% of the vote. This matches the Pew Research study of the 2020 election that the only education level that Trump won outside of the margin of error were those with only a high school diploma or high school dropouts. Just go north to Mesa, Montrose, and Delta counties to find the low educated counties.
