I've been suspicious for some time now, that "David Miller" may be a troll-bot or some person, maybe in Russia, operating under a pseudonym. His posts are too frequent, and the "issues" he screams about are too random and disjointed, to be the product of a rational human's thinking. Plus, given that he never actually discusses anything or develops his ideas---his reactions to anyone's repsonses consist of screaming and name-calling, not discussion---I wonder if there's an actual human behind the facade.
I just received an email from "David Miller" that contained a link to an ad about some product that had appeared on "Shark Tank." I don't care about the product, and it was otherwise innocuous, but it indicates that "David Miller," whatever it actually is, is trolling the LVA website for people's personal info. This has happened to me before. I do NOT provide my email address to just anyone, and I sure as hell didn't provide it to "David Miller."
So given that "David Miller's" posts are nothing more than argument-bait and trolling, and the fact that "David Miller" may be something other than just another (deranged) LVA subscriber, I would say that responding to him might be risky. The consequence might be that you find your bank account drained six months from now, or that $5000 has been charged to your credit card by "Amalgamated Services." Internet scammers are clever.
