Do you think Israel is that stupid? They must know that Republican rule is ending and the House will not hand them trainloads of cash next year. Plus, the American public knows who was yanking on Trump's dick to get this whole stupid war started. Israel still has staunch American supporters, but that base is shrinking fast.
Israel has gotten away with a LOT of atrocities because of the Holocaust boo hoo. And their neighbors hate them because they hate and kill their neighbors. So they forfeited the moral high ground some time ago. We should stop being their bitch.

They're very much like Russia has been for centuries: Russia says and believes that it's surrounded by enemies. Of course, the reason for that is at some point in history, they've invaded/attacked every single one of them!
Israel commits crimes against its neighbors on a daily basis. They justify that to themselves by claiming that they're fighting for survival. But with complete military as well as economic dominance over the entire region, their survival isn't at stake.
There should be some sort of honest, sincere conclave of Middle East nations, chaired by some neutral party like Switzerland or maybe Japan (no skin in the game). Then they should be put in a room and the door nailed shut until they figure out a way to peacefully coexist.
And of course, we should butt out and stop giving Israel billions of dollars' worth of boomity booms. That's only done because MAGA wants to purchase Jewish voters (with your and my money).
