No, but it's the first time ever that a sitting *president, that running for re-election, has evaded a question on his plans for another 4 more years.

No, it isn't since he has stated his intentions to run again multiple times before.

Trump is far from my hero.  He's an ass and I would never be friends with him.  He has also been a great president, however, and that's what I vote for.
