A grand jury in Miami handed down the charges Wednesday, alleging the congresswoman and several associates pocketed a $5 million FEMA overpayment tied to a COVID-19 vaccination staffing contract in 2021 — then laundered the money through a web of accounts, shell donors, and falsified tax filings. The charges go further. Investigators say Cherfilus-McCormick and a co-defendant, Nadege Leblanc, 46, orchestrated a straw-donor scheme, directing FEMA-funded contract money to friends and relatives who made campaign donations under their own names to disguise the true source. Correct me if Im wrong - but in the wake of this incident the Democrat establishment is A-OK with the prosecution and legal system leading up to the indictment.   I havent heard anyone be big fat pussies like David Miller when Trump gets indicted and say things like "Fake News"  "Witch Hunt"  "Judge supported my opponent" or "Deep State"
