Nafta has been proven to be horrible for American workers - you know "the giant sucking sound" of jobs leaving America - as alluded to by Ross Perot just prior to Clinton arm twisting Congressional members to pass this asinine agreement. You don't even remotely understand enough about the NAFTA agreement to form a qualified opinion about it.
Pelosi hasn't brought the bill you mention to the floor because it has no chance of passing, and doing so would be a waste of time, which you so deplore.
