DemocRats have stepped in it now..

The following post is a response to Pelosi requesting impeachment inquiry; "Impeachment Procedure Possibility:

1. The House can pass articles of impeachment over the objections of the Republicans, and refer to the Senate for trial.

2. The Senate will conduct a trial. There will be a vote, and the Republicans will vote unanimously, along with a small number of Democrats, to not convict the President. Legally, it will all be over at that point.

3. However, during the trial, and this is what no one is thinking about right now, the President's attorneys will have the right to subpoena and question ANYONE THAT THEY WANT.. That is different than the special counsel investigation, which was very one-sided. So, during the impeachment trial, we will be hearing testimony from James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Glenn Simpson, Donna Brazille, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Christopher Steele, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, and a whole host of other participants in this whole sordid affair and the ensuing coverup activities.

A lot of dirt will be dug up; a lot of truth will be unveiled. Finger pointing will occur. Deals will start being made, and suddenly, a lot of Democrats will start being charged and going to prison. All this, because, remember, the President's team will now, for the first time, have the RIGHT to question all of these people under oath - and they will turn on each other. That’s already starting.

4. Lastly, one more thing will happen – the Senate will not convict the President. Nothing will happen to Trump. Most Americans are clueless about political processes, the law, and the Constitution. Most Americans believe that being impeached results in removal from office. They don't understand that phase 2 is a trial in and by the Senate, where he has zero chance of conviction. Remember, the Senate is controlled by Republicans; they will determine what testimony is allowed -- and **everything** will be allowed, including: DNC collusion with the Clinton campaign to fix the election in favor of Hillary, the creation of the Trump dossier, the cover up and destruction of emails that very likely included incriminating information. They’ll incriminate each other for lying to the FISA court, for spying and wiretapping the Trump campaign, and for colluding with foreign political actors, especially George Soros.

After the Senate declines to convict the President, we will have an election, and Trump will win. It will be a backlash against democrat petulance, temper tantrums, hypocrisy and dishonesty. Even minorities will vote for Trump, because, for the first time, they will see that democrats have spent 2+ years focused on maintaining their own power, and not doing anything at all about black murders in Chicago, homelessness, opioids, and other important issues that are actually killing people. And, we will spend the following four years listening to politicians and pundits claim that the whole impeachment was rigged somehow.

Go ahead Socialist Democraps, dig your own grave. Leftards, say something.

Folks, I think David Miller has been officially triggered. I have to admit rantings and ravings about crackpot conspiracy theories that include George Soros are always amusing to listen to.

When this latest DemocRat/media farce is over, we will see where the truth lies. Enjoy your short lived hallucination.

There was an interesting vote in the Senate today you might want to pay attention to. Republicans passed by unanimous consent a resolution authored by Chuck Schumer that the whistleblower complaint be delivered immediately to Congress. It would have only taken one Republican that was willing to stand up for Donald Trump to put a stop to the whole thing. Yet, none could be found. David, why do you think that is?

In case you are slow on the uptake, I will clue you in. Republicans don't want to go on record voting to block an investigation into Trump's misdeeds. They are afraid Trump will be implicated in serious malfeasance and a no vote on that would have been an albatross to carry for the rest of their political career. It also tells me they have been briefed on the contents of the whistleblower complaint and know in some way it implicates Trump.

If Trump's misdeeds are exposed, I'd expect most of these same Republican's to vote to remove Trump. Nobody wants to go down as having fought to keep the guy who committed serious offenses as President. I suspect a lot of them are even willing to sacrifice a defeat in the upcoming election because they know the lingering stench of voting to keep a criminal in the White House will make it hard for them cash in on a lucrative career in the private sector.

Wrong. The Republicans WANT this farce to go to Congress. They want an end to the DemocRat witch hunt.

You and your dem friends will be so disappointed tomorrow when they release the phone conversation. When nothing is found, maybe we can go into the Biden affair. As VP threatened to withhold money from Ukraine. All over his son’s dealing with Ukraine and getting the prosecutor fired, which they did!

Investigator general announces the so called “whistle blower” has a political agenda! Surprise surprise!

Ain’t gonna work Mark.

Once again Pelosi and the Dems have another premature ejaculation!

Really, just a few days ago they were fighting tooth and nail to keep anyone from seeing the whistleblower report that was deemed an urgent concern by Trump's own Republican appointee.  Trump violated the law that required it to be sent to Congress immediately for weeks. And now suddenly you claim they simply want to get it over. LOL, that is rich. The truth is they saw the writing on the wall when the whistleblower indicated he/she was going to give closed-door testimony to congress.

It has also come out tonight that a lot of what is in the complaint is known by members of congress. Republicans know it implicates Trump and that is why they voted the way they did. The news is also reporting that the report implicates Rudee. Likely what happened is Rudee and Trump concocted a hamhanded plot to get the Ukraine to implicate Biden and Biden's son in some sort of criminal activity by withholding aid (converting it to personal use) and then promising more aid if they implicated Biden. Rudee was apparently the bag man. And Trump lied to Congress as to why the aid was being held up.

Please, stop with the lying bullshit.

Nope, you are going to be very disappointed when the whistleblower report comes out. The transcript of one phone call when there were eight calls made in that time-frame doesn't mean squat. Plus, who can trust team Trump to compile an accurate call transcript when they can't be trusted not to modify an official weather forecast. The bottom line is the Democrats don't care about the call transcript. It is the whistleblower report that is important. Republicans keep talking about the call transcript because they are trying to get away with releasing one of the eight and then claiming since there was nothing incriminating in that one call Trump is innocent.

And if you read the news trickling out tonight, Rudee took care of most of the dirty work on Trump's behalf. That is why Trump directed the Ukrainians to work with his personal attorney in regards to unfreezing their aid rather than an official representative of the U.S. government.

Of course, you probably don't see anything wrong with Trump telling someone to work with his personal attorney to get their money rather than going through official government channels.

David, did Trump withhold the whistleblower report illegally? It is a simple yes or no question.
