It's the exact opposite of how they regarded Trump--with him, everything that was good, they gave him credit for, and everything bad, well, not his fault.

 

The tiny-brained folk tend to vastly overestimate the effect that the President has on events. He may be the single most powerful person in the country, but his power is sharply limited. And most events of any consequence have global, not merely national, origins and implications.
