Labeling a lie as "The Truth" does not make it any less of a lie.
And you can find a run-down, blighted area in any city in the US. That doesn't mean that such an area is typical of the city.
I'm sure I could take a video of the worst area of a Republican-run city and say, "SEE!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN REPUBLICANS RUN THINGS!!!"
