Dems once again strike out on Russian collusion

Apparantly this judge require facts and supporting documentation.  Dems apparently do not.

"On Tuesday, Judge Koeltl ruled against the DNC, emphasizing that they did not allege that anyone other than the Russian government participated in the hacking of their systems, and failed to 'raise a factual allegation that suggests that any of the defendants were even aware that the Russian Federation was planning to hack the DNC’s computers until after it had already done so.' ”

“ 'The DNC argues that the various meetings and conversations between the defendants in this case and with persons connected to the Russian government during the time that Russian GRU agents were stealing the DNC’s information show that the defendants conspired with the Russian Federation to steal and disseminate the DNC’s materials,' Koeltl wrote. 'That argument is entirely divorced from the facts actually alleged in the Second Amended complaint.' ”

Why is it necessary for a judge to state the obvious - oh, that's right, when dealing with DemocRats one must spell everything out.

The president's top security advisor just quit because Trump was actively censoring his intelligence reports about Russian intervention...so he could cover Putin's ass

Its an uncontested fact that

-Donald Trump publicly called for Russian hacking of Hillary's Emails

- Russia did that very thing within 24 hours of that request

- Russia sent the results to the Trump campaign through the middleman of wikileaks

- Trump eagerly accepted that help

- Trump's son met with Russian operatives to get even more dirt

- Jared K met with Russian operative in the Seychelles in an effort to open a hidden comminication link with Russia unbenkownst to our intelligence agencies

- Trump repeatedly denied Russia attacked our country....and sided with Putin over our own intelligence agencies

- trump fired the original investigator and ordered his replacement fired too.

- Censors his own intelligence advisors summaries of Russian intervention 

- Has promised to accept future intelligence from Russia if its available again

And the biggest uncontested fact, Boilerman, is that you are cool with all of that.    And thats not a crime.

But it does speak to character doesn't it?     But I guess thats relative.

- On live nationwide TV, he jokingly asked Russia if they had Hillary's 30,000 missing emails. They are still missing.

- Seth Rich hacked the DNC email server, and paid for it with his life.

- Seth Rich sent the DNC emails to Wikileaks, and Wikileaks made them public for everyone to see. Podesta saw to it that Rich wouldn't do that again.

- Again, Wikileaks made the emails public. You're pissed off about it, just like Podesta.

- Trump's son met with a single person from Russia, and they talked about Russian orphans.

- Don't have any idea what you're talking about with Jared K., other than it is just as likely to be bullshit as are the rest of your "facts".

- Trump admitted Russia tried to tamper with our elections while Putin was standing right beside him, broadcast world-wide.

- The "original investigator"? You talking about Comey? The guy who found out that Hillary commited numerous crimes, including destroying evidence, and declined to prosecute her? One of the dirty cops who were attempting a coup?

- The president can "censor" information coming from intelligence sources. Why give the Russians a roadmap showing what they know? That would be really stupid.

_ When did Trump PROMISE to accept further intelligence from Russia? A clue. He didn't.

One uncontested fact, PJ, is you blindly spread false propaganda, calling it factual. That does speak to character...and intelligence...your IQ is that low.

Mueller couldn't find any evidence of Russian collusion after two years and $25,000,000, yet PJ proved Trump guilty in minutes with no financial resources and no subpoena power in 5 minutes!  The Dems then sue Trump for collusion, and the judge said that the Dems  "argument is entirely divorced from the facts actually alleged in the Second Amended complaint."

If the Dems had only hired PJ, they would have won on all fronts and Trump would be in jail.

PJ apparantly still believes a pack of lies.

Mueller found plenty of evidence of collusion as I have listed.   But collusion is not a crime.    So congratulations!    Trump is not guilty of something that is not a crime.   People can judge for themselves if colluding with a hostile foreign power who deliberately wanted to interven in our democracy is behavior worthy of a president.  We sure know where you stand.   And if the word "collusion" makes you feel icky then by all means swap it out with something else that helps you sleep better at night.

The uncontested facts are still a known quantity.

And It really shines a light on your disingenuous outrage over Hillary's private server, doesn't it?

And Bob Orme is living proof that Russia influenced our election....because he's promoting the same  conspiracy theory Russia peddled about Seth Rich.    As did Hannity....and Alex Jones.   

Its bad enough that Putin is attacking our country.   What makes it worse is the Tea-Party's full open embrace of it.
