I think the only one that is going to end up paying out on this lawsuit is the Plaintiff.  Parody and satire of public figures is a well-settled area of the law. It is amusing neither he nor his attorney seem to understand the image is a reference to the Human Centipede. His complaint says this image the Pardoy account Devin Nunes Mom published was intended as a factual statement that Devin Nunes committed a homosexual sex act with Donald Trump.
