I stated the Christmas movie I prefered to watch - all of the others who did not agree screwed up my choice.
David Miller has shown again, he does not have a grip on what is reality and what is fiction. How else can anyone be such a caricature of a MAGA idiot?

Seriously, block them, I'm able to scroll this thread and just read about the movies people like. You can unblock just a single post if you think it might be something you want to read.

That's funny, you using the word "reality". You don't have a clue as to what reality means. Here, read this and try to apply this definition to the world you are living in -- reality --. the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them.

There arent many movies I can see more than a couple times without getting bored with them. Unfortunately most of the Christmas movies fall into that category. Christmas Vacation, Elf, Die Hard, Home Alone.....all great movies. THe first two times. Not interested in watching them again.
I watched Bad Teacher last night. Its pretty raunchy and about as un-Christmasy of a movie you can watch. I enjoyed it. Its also in that same category of films I probably wont watch again.

What? What? Must we explain it to you?
The originator of this thread titled and stated his favorite Christmas movie, "Die Hard", and invited readers to offer their favorites, which many did. Not only was "Die Hard" a really good movie with a Christmas angle, but it was good to have a pleasant topic to join in and enjoy the thoughts of others about their favorites.
David, you posted something divisive having nothing to do with Christmas movies. Fine, staying on topic isn't required. But you didn't originate the thread, yet you cry because other posts "screwed up" your choice? What choice? It wasn't a competition.
Thankfully the thread got back on track with what most of us had some interest in, actual, real, Christmas movies. A rare event in Kitchen Sink, a pleasant topic for non-toxic, non-divisive discussion.

Candy, even on Christmas Day, David's only intent--his only purpose--is to be divisive. He saw the thread and thought, "Ha ha ha, here's my chance to own the libs and say something that'll upset them. Maybe I can get into an argument with them. Whee!"
Probably the most disgusting part, though, was his trying to excuse and justify his post. He knew damn well that Tom had asked for a movie title(s), not a slobbering tribute to David's Orange Rapist hero. His subsequent actions were to attack and insult the posters who called him out on that.
That's how he tries to defend his horrid assholery: by "counter attacking" anyone who calls him out on it. I have zero doubt that he'll now call me a LIAR LIAR LIAR and pitch some kind of insult. His "idea" when he does that is to deflect. He got that tactic from his orange hero BTW.
I enjoyed the actual non-Miller discussions and even put a couple of movies on my watch list. I'm kind of disappointed that we couldn't avoid the standard Xmas dinner moment when Uncle Ferd, whom most of us didn't want to see at all, interrupts an innocuous discussion with a political diatribe.
I suppose that there are Millers everywhere, and any hope that they can be avoided is futile. Nonetheless, we can try to filter them out
Would that the Xmas dinner table had an Uncle Ferd block feature!! 😛
