Disney v DeSantis: DeSantis will lose - guaranteed!

Oh, this is so over, because believe it or not, DeSantis confessed. You know his cover story, that he just wanted to get rid of an unfair taxing district? Well, he admitted that wasn't true in his new book.

In a paragraph describing the reason for altering Disney's tax district, DeSantis wrote that was because of Disney's “support of indoctrinating young schoolchildren in woke gender identity politics.” And in promoting the book, DeSantis wrote in the Wall Street Journal that his actions against Disney were to "fight back" against "woke ideology." Yep, all of that is quoted in the Disney federal lawsuit.

Remember all the crap that came out during discovery in Dominion v Fox? Get ready for part deux. The Tampa Rays may get in on the action when it is revealed conclusively that their free speech rights were violated when DeSantis went after them also.

And just for a refresher, it is a violation of our free speech rights for the government to punish anyone for their speech. And it is anti-democratic. And it is unAmerican. But enough about tom. And Boilerman. And the rest.

Boy, that Florida idiot sure LUVVVVVS to say "woke woke woke woke woke" as if it actually meant something. Reminds me of Hitler screaming "JUDE! JUDE! JUUUUUUUUUUUDE!!!!!"

I think DeSantis saw how bleating "CRT! CRT! CRT! AWWWWWK!" and literally saying nothing else got Youngkin the governorship of Virginia, and now he figures that squawing "woke woke woke woke woke" will get him the Presidency, or the papacy, or something.

But make no mistake--getting torched by Disney won't hurt him any more than being a rapist, a con man, and a traitor hurt Trump. In fact, it may allow him to posture as a martyr and get the Florida goobers to send him money.

His Presidential hopes sure flamed out fast.

I think what really hurt him were the trial balloons he sent up when he went to go speechify in what was it, Iowa and some other conservative hole, and he proved that he has the charisma of a piece of rotting fruit and people responded to him with a yawn. If you want the conservitard goobers to vote for you, you gotta reach out and massage their dicks, and DeSantis just doesn't do that very well. "Woke woke woke woke woke" doesn't cut it.
