The Trump administration just got sued by a very high-powered law firm for doing the same thing. The only question that remains is how much the US taxpayers will have to pay to settle this lawsuit for the Trump administration's unlawful behavior. I wouldn't be surprised if the settlement eclipses any savings DOGE manages to produce.
And her action is completely illegal and the Turd administration will be sued for it.
