Agree 100% with Kevin, this is a real classic in dictatorships, label any sort of dissent as mental illness, and corrupt the mental health system to "treat" the illness. Best to come up with a catchy and official-sounding name for the diagnosis (it was sluggish schizophrenia, or vyalotekushchaya shizofreniya under Stalin).
See if this sounds analagous to your so-called TDS, this is classic abuse of psychiatry by a wanna-be dictator and his followers:
