I fully expect Trump/MAGA to tell us that if he wins the suit, only blue states will pay.
Why did he settle for $10 billion, anyway? Why not eleventy spizzillion jillion? In gold? Same chance of winning either way.

Oh, he will win the suit. All he has to do is order Bondi to settle it for $10 Billion. I will credit Trump for coming up with innovative ways to steal the taxpayers money.

What he deserves is a $10 billion contempt of court fine. But I'm sure the case was filed with a Trump judge.

I'd be amused to see how his lawyers try to claim that the public knowing something about his tax returns (which every other President has always made public) causes him $10 billion in damages.
I'm serious about contempt of court. This wastes everyone's time and money.
But let's look at the big picture. Once again, we're not talking about Trump and Epstein's rape parties. Maybe that's what this is really about.
He won't have to litigate it. All he has to do is file it. The Attorney General (Bondi) will offer Trump a settlement and then Trump with have the treasury write him a check made out to Donald Trump. The usual Trump corruption and again we'll get nothing but silence from the MAGAs in here. They love it when Trump steals from the tax payers.
