Downtown Vegas questions

PJ, you know more about downtown than most.  Here's a few places that I'm hoping to hit over Labor Day weekend.  We're having dinner at Carson Kitchen, and I loved theplace last year.  I've never been to these joints............Eat, Downtown Cocktall Room, Therapy, American Brunch Cafe, The Smashed Pig, Atomic Liquors, and Oak and Ivy.

Any advice?

I'm sure you know downtown as well as I do.

Eat is pretty good for breakfast.  The owner/head chef is almost always there - Natalie Young.   She's become somewhat of a local celebrity in the food universe of Las Vegas which says quite a bit.   THis place is her baby.
