Hey folks.
I thought that I'd bring up a non-political topic. As some of you know, I organize a trip for a bunch of college buddies, plus a few stragglers, for an annual "Laboring in Las Vegas" trip. This will be our 36th trip to Vegas for a Labor Day weekend. We are, as we often do, staying at the Golden Nugget. I know the downtown restaurants fairly well, but could use advice. We only do one organized dinner for our group of 14, and I'm leaning towards Carson Kitchen, as it was fantastic last year. I need to be cognizant of the spend, as some guys are cheap. I say cheap, as the cheapest guy pulls down $400,000 annually, but he's cheap. Max spend with cocktails and tip needs to be $75.
Ideas?
