Dr. Oz Wants Local Politicians To Decide If It's Ok For A Woman To Have An Abortion

"I don’t want the federal government involved with that at all,” said Oz, who's a physician. “I want women, doctors, local political leaders letting the democracy that’s always allowed our nation to thrive to put the best ideas forward so states can decide for themselves.”

Can you imagine local politicans giving gynological exams to women? Is every small town state representative in America going to put an exam table with stirrups in their office. Republicans are nuttier than 🐿️ turds.

The flaw in Dr. Ooze's argument is that fundamental rights aren't up to the states to grant or withhold. It's the same as if, say, Arkansas revoked the right to free speech (a not totally implausible scenario): that would be illegal.

Of course, the only reason the right to have an abortion isn't universally recognized is that it's a right that belongs to women.

That was the whole point of the Dobbs ruling and why the regressive Supreme Court Justices didn't follow the law when issuing their medieval edict.  It said there is really no such thing as a fundamental privacy right espically when it comes to a woman's reproductive system. That is the exclusive right of old white Christian men as they are the real experts in this field and Dr. Oz agrees.

Maybe some day Tom and David will be living their wet dream and women will become mere birthing vessels for old white Christian men so they can spread their seed.

If Democrats get their way, abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell would not be in prison for murdering black babies in Philadelphia....because he's a Doctor and late term baby killings are strictly between a Doctor and Mother.

“Gosnell had a simple solution for the unwanted babies he

delivered: he killed them. He didn’t call it that. He called it

“ensuring fetal demise.” The way he ensured fetal demise was by

sticking scissors into the back of the baby’s neck and cutting the spinal

cord. He called that “snipping.” -

According to the Grand Jury Report, for political reasons, the PA  Department of Health ceased inspections of abortion centers allowing the atrocities to continue for years.  Democrats care more about supporting the abortion industry because black baby lives don't really matter to them.

And before you libs give us the 'OMG you want to force women to carry a Rapist's baby', Oz has made clear he does support allowing abortion in the case of Rape, Incest and protecting the Mother's life.

Meanwhile fetterman (in his ill fitting suit) could barely string coherent sentences together.

From the liberal media

“I spoke to Fetterman recently, and I expected him to be very bad tonight,” tweeted Charlotte Alter of Time magazine. “But he was much much worse than I expected (and much worse than in our one-on-one conversation.

t Lt. Gov. Fetterman struggled,” NewsNation host Chris Cuomo said off the top of his post-debate show. “And again, I’m not faulting him for it, I don’t think his preparation was great, but he clearly is dealing with health issues.”

“Democrats are asking the same thing post-debate: Why did Fetterman’s team allow him to take the stage tonight? No one I’m talking to on the left has a good thing to say about what just took place,” tweeted The Hill reporter Al Weaver.

“Whoever decided to let Fetterman debate should never be involved in Democratic politics ever again,” pronounced Elections Daily editor-in-chief Eric Cunningham

“Hi. Goodnight, everybody,” Fetterman said during introductions.

He was saying goodbye, before the debate even started

At one point the tattooed 53-year-old said, “I do not believe in supporting the Supreme Court” in response to a question about whether the high court should have its traditional nine justices.

fetterman doesn't believe in following the law

“I do support fracking and — I don’t, I don’t, I support fracking and I stand and I do support fracking,” he managed to say after the moderator pointed out Fetterman had stated clearly in a 2018 interview that he did not support the controversial procedure

Fetterman had a stroke. Tom is a stroke.

Oz is giving the same sniveling-coward answer you are hearing from alot from swing-state Republicans now...  "I'll support whatever my state level  politiicans support".   So OZ's new sniveling, coward position is that he'll support any abortion policy from not allowing any  to allowing all depending on what local politicians say.

Someone needs to explain to me how a pregnancy in a Republican state is different than one in a Democrat state....   And also why its ok for any local politiican to interject his values into someone else's pregnancy  - just not ok for a Federal politician to do that.

Its beyond stupid....almost as stupid as Ivermectin-Charles comparing a serial killer to a woman seeking to have control over her own health decisions.

His inability to comprehend & communicate make him unqualified to be senator.

Abortion rarely makes to the top 5 in issues among all voters. It is even lower among independents which is a key demo if the democrats want to win.

I believe that states should decide the issue, just as the Constitution calls for.  Up or down.  Liberals believe that Liberals should decide.  These people believe that we should ignore the Constitution.
