It's the Friday 17 "On Politics" column by Jess Bidgood. Unfortunately, I access the NYT behind a paywall, so I can't provide a direct link that will work for you (Goofle interrogates my browser and finds out whether I'm paid up before I can access the "premium" content).

Makes me wonder just whether Miller's "source" is even genuine, as he would have to be an active subscriber and pay money for the privilege, which is highly unlikely, given that it's a commie pinko liberal Biden-loving leftie rag.
