That's a meaningless distinction. The bottom line is Rupert bought it to use it as a right-wing propaganda machine and it failed just like Gab, Parlour and Truth Social. If Musk keeps pushing Twitter to become right-wing conspiracy kook central he is going to lose 90% of his advertisers.
